This chart from Colliers shows that mortgagee sales value rose 25.3% YoY to $50.1m in 2019, despite seeing a lower number of deals throughout the year. Colliers noted that the average ticket size of mortgagee sales in 2019 almost doubled that of 2018. The mortgagee sales value accounted for 76.8% of total auction sales value, up from 60.3% in 2018. read more
