Boy, 16, died after suffering suspected allergic reaction to tomato sauce on takeaway pizza 

The 16-year-old, who has been named locally as Nick Kelly, collapsed at Uno Pizza in Prescot, Merseyside, on Saturday. He was rushed to hospital in critical condition but died a few days later.
