Six-year-old Faye Swetlik was strangled to death a few hours after she was abducted

Authorities revealed the results of Faye Swetlik's (left) autopsy on Tuesday afternoon, after her body was found in woodland in Cayce, South Carolina, the same day Coty Taylor (right) was found dead.
