Strata office sales jumped 30.4% to $1.2b in 2019

The total value of strata-titled office units sold in 2019 leapt 30.4% YoY to $1.2b, according to a Knight Frank report. Q4 sales particularly skyrocketed 159.8% to $369.5m. Despite a decline in caveats lodged for strata-titled office units to 303 in 2019, compared to 332 in 2018, the average price transacted per square foot in this year rose 8.8% as more buyers picked more offices in prime locations. read more
