Bungling driver triggers sprinklers and knocks down ceiling lights through shopping plaza garage 

An Organic Pharmer van accidentally hit a parking lot's ceiling and set off the sprinklers in Rye Brook, New York. The cameraman said the shopping plaza needs to 'find the culprit'.
