Cat and magpie become unlikely best friends after injured bird was rescued by kind-hearted owner 

Swoop the magpie was rescued by Matt Owens from a roadside in Auckland, New Zealand, four months ago. He became instant friends with Mowgli the cat and the pair sunbathe together.
