Trucker is delayed by driver's terrible parking then collides with another car NINE SECONDS later 

Geoff Whellams, from Manchester, was driving in Cheetham Hill when his bad luck began with a driver in front of him failing to parallel park. Seconds later another car cuts in front of him and crashes.
