Taxi passenger, 25, died after being hit by car following dispute over seat belt, inquest hears

Vanessa Collins-Smith, 25, was in the taxi as it drove along the A4076 near Haverfordwest in Pembrokeshire, Wales at around 11pm on February 20. She died after stepping out of the vehicle.
