Ex-con carrying 'Pennywise the clown mask, a loaded semi-automatic firearm and 50 bullets' arrested

Rahmeek Younger, 30, was taken in after a distressed call from a 33-year-old woman who saw him playing with the barrel of the weapon and the mask in Fort Green, Brooklyn.
