Bill de Blasio cites his father's death in letter to NYPD struggling with spate of suicides

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio wrote to NYPD cops urging them to seek help if they are depressed or suicidal. He shared that his father Warren Wilhelm took his own life when de Blasio was just 18.
