Massive manhunt for suspected gang member, 18, believed to have fatally shot his teenage sister

Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Homicide Detectives are looking for information leading to the arrest of 18-year-old Eddie Alvirez after he allegedly shot and killed his sister at their Lancaster home.
