Streetly mother finds her Fiat covered in angry messages and wrapped in cling film in Birmingham

Laura Cleaver was stunned to find her car, parked by a dropped kerb in Sutton Coldfield near Chester Road Station was covered in plastic wrap and angry messages scrawled in the windows.
