The Taxpayer First Act of 2019 is now law -- providing taxpayer protections -- limiting third party contacts; and enhanced appeal rights -- as well as strengthening the Taxpayer Advocate's office; protecting tax whistleblowers and improvements in cybersecurity and fighting identity theft. Good news
