Turkish street cleaner sweeps up a stray puppy and dumps it over the side of a bridge

Sefer Kayaci, 41, was cleaning the streets on a bridge over a river in the Kalkandere district of Rize province in Turkey. He puts the dog in a dustpan and chucks it off the bridge.
