LA police open probe into why woman who turned herself in after Nipsey Hussle's killing was ignored

A woman who drove the getaway car after rapper Nipsey Hussle's killing was sent away when she tried to turn herself in during the manhunt for the shooter. LA police are investigating why the officer did so.
