Pentagon Report: U.S. Failing To Combat Russia's Dangerous Global Influence

A report prepared for the Joint Chiefs has found that the U.S. needs an urgent change of strategy on Russia, as the Kremlin continues to use hybrid warfare to enhance its global standing at the expense of U.S. influence around the world.
