Expenses cheat Chris Davies becomes SECOND MP to be booted out of the Commons

The 51-year-old will face a by-election after becoming the second MP to lose a recall petition in his Welshseat. Some 10,005 people,19 per cent of the 56,032 electorate, voted to trigger a by-election.
