House of Commons laughs as Liz Truss can't find seat during budget

Chief Secretary to the Treasury Liz Truss tried to sit next to her boss Philip Hammond ahead of his budget speech today, but she ended up sitting on the Home Secretary Sajif Javid's knee instead.
