Appeals Court Decrees That A War Memorial Must Go Because It 'Endorses Religion'

The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that a war memorial in the shape of a cross violates the First Amendment because it supposedly "endorses" religion. Unless the Supreme Court reverses, this case will encourage many more suits by people who demand complete neutrality regarding religion.
