It's always nice when a terrible boss paints themselves into a corner with contractual shenanigans. Maybe this is a good lesson about how it's always a great idea to know the rules surrounding your employment situation. For a serious reverse-loophole boss screw-over, here's the person who got fired then asked to finish a job but claimed it would violate their NDA.
