Texas bar owner says migrants are using his facilities to wash as Democrats begin to criticize Biden

Lupe Cabrera, whose family has owned a bar on the U.S.-Mexico border for 60 years, said he was seeing a surge in numbers as Democrats in Texas say Biden should have prepared.
