Due to the exacerbating COVID-19 situation worldwide, the Ministry of Health (MOH) has announced that beginning 24 January 2021 at 11.59 PM, all travellers—Singapore citizens and permanent residents included—would have to take a COVID-19 PCR test upon arriving in Singapore. The existing Stay-Home Notice (SHN) requirements would still be implemented. read more
