Indian cosmetics startup Plum nets $14.9m in Faering Capital-led round

IMMedia and its two investors will form the new company IMMedia Holdings, which will be the parent company of IMMedia Content and IMMediate.

Among these companies are Tencent, ByteDance, and Zoom, as well as local giants Grab and Sea.

The Chinese internet giant remains unsure if it will make a comeback in the country.
