Suzy DeYoung, executive director and founder of La Soupe Cincinnati, has created an organization that rescues wasted produce from grocery stores to create delicious and highly-nutritious meals. Each week La Soupe rescues 5,000 pounds of perishables and shares approximately 3,000 servings.
