Toowoomba, NSW Mid North Coast, Shepparton have Australia's highest unemployment since COVID-19

Toowoomba, west of Brisbane, the New South Wales Mid-North Coast north of Sydney and Shepparton north of Melbourne all have unemployment rates in the double digits.
