Trendy bar adds a 'Ruby Princess' cocktail made from maritime rum and ruby grapefruit to its menu 

Rosella's, in the Gold Coast's beachside suburb Burleigh Heads, launched a new  menu when it reopened last week as restrictions eased across the state.
