Parents to be charged with murdering toddler, following discovery of charred body in pot

SINGAPORE — A couple in their thirties will be charged with murder on Tuesday (17 September) for allegedly killing their two-and-a-half year old daughter more than a year ago, following the discovery of a charred body in a metal pot last week.
